How do I get Schoolrunner attendance into ParentSquare?

Your first step is to contact Schoolrunner support. We'll make sure you're able to export Schoolrunner's daily attendance in a format that's acceptable to ParentSquare.

After you let us know you'd like to have ParentSquare-formatted daily attendance, you'll see a new download option on the Daily Attendance page.

The file you download here will be a spreadsheet in .csv that you can upload directly into ParentSquare. Check the latest info from ParentSquare, but you should be able to upload the Schoolrunner export into ParentSquare by visiting Add-Ons>Attendance Notices and using the "Upload Attendance File" button there.

You may also be able to have Schoolrunner export attendance for ParentSquare automatically. Schoolrunner will need SFTP credentials for your ParentSquare account. Please review this document (made by ParentSquare) and contact Schoolrunner support with your SFTP credentials.

Note that even without an automatic SFTP transfer, you can still upload Schoolrunner attendance into ParentSquare as often as you need.
