If you use Clever to sync your SIS to Schoolrunner and you notice data that's inaccurate or missing in Schoolrunner, the first step is to check your Clever Dashboard. Is the data that's missing in Schoolrunner visible in the Clever dashboard? If you don’t see what you need in Clever, then it won’t appear in Schoolrunner.
If your SIS data isn't visible to you in Clever, the issue is with the connection between your SIS and Clever. Reach out to the support team at Clever and/or your SIS to get things resolved. Also, be sure that you don't have sharing permissions or sharing rules that prevent data that you see in Clever from being visible to Schoolrunner.
Another possibility is that your Clever may still have a “summer pause” on its sync. Be sure to resume the sync so that Clever can send your data to Schoolrunner (which takes place every 4 hours). This Clever Knowledge Base Article shares details about the summer sync pause.
Lastly, another common issue we see with Clever is the sync being paused due to a large change in data. When this happens, Clever requires you to go on the dashboard and manually approve the changes in order for the sync to resume. This occurs frequently in the start of the school year since a lot of new data is synced from your SIS. This Clever Knowledge Base article provides more information on sync holds.
