2022 Q4.2 Release - 12/7/22
- Updates Include:
- On the landing page for a Full Assessment the following items have been renamed:
- Student Breakdown Options is now Curve Options
- Mastery Breakdown Options is now Breakouts & Filters
- This will lead to greater clarity around that page’s functionality.
- The Detentions page now accurately reflects days on which detentions cannot be served.
- Values greater than 365 can no longer be entered on the Incidents page to prevent data errors.
- When a term bin is locked, the Recalculate Grades page will now reflect that and not allow you to click the Recalculate button. Previously, you were able to click the button even though it had no effects.
- The My Reports page will now automatically scroll up to a report’s contents when selecting a report on the bottom of the list.

2022 Q4.1 Release - 11/09/22
- Updates Include:
- Schoolrunner's sync with Clever has been upgraded to v2 for greater security and stability.
- Bug Fixes Include
- Bug where email links about dynamic group changes had extra characters that prevented them from opening properly is resolved.
- Bug where the Full Results export from Assessments would misalign the Correct Answer and Standard rows with the student results is resolved.
- Bug where creating/editing an Incident and setting it to Inactive right away would hide the incident from view completely is resolved. Now, Incidents set to Inactive both via the Incidents list page and from an individual Incident will appear in the list view when the Inactive filter is on.
2022 Q3.1 Release - 09/28/22
- Updates Include:
- Bulk Deactivate is now available for behaviors with an additional warning to prevent erroneous behaviors from being created!
- First, when assigning behaviors via the Class Attendance page, users will see a warning if a high number of behavior records are about to be saved:
- If there are behavior records that need to be deactivated en masse, there is a new feature on the Behavior History page to enable this. You'll see a Bulk Deactivate button on the top right of the page. To use it, apply your filters to the page, click that button, and select/deselect any behaviors that need to be deactivated. Then just hit the Save icon and you're all set!
- First, when assigning behaviors via the Class Attendance page, users will see a warning if a high number of behavior records are about to be saved:
- There are now additional settings available for Transfer Students within Settings. These allow greater visibility on the Student page for students who have transferred within schools in the same network/district that year. These are very granular and can be customized based on your school's needs:
- The default list of Gender Decodes has been expanded to be more inclusive. Remember that you can always add additional options yourself, but the out-of-the box list will now always include these options:
- There have been several updates to the Homepage:
- The Events/Holidays section will ALWAYS show on the homepage even when it is not populated to remind schools to utilize this helpful feature! Users will see different messaging depending on their access level.
- Incidents have been removed from the "Absences & Incidents" section of the homepage to allow for greater granularity and control for schools. If you'd like to continue to see Incidents on the homepage, you can do so by creating a group and setting it to show on the homepage.

- Issue where the Goal filter on Analysis Reports was resetting each time a report was saved or refreshed is fixed.
- Issue where Attendance Reports would not load in a pie or donut chart format is resolved.
- Issues with Class Attendance not rolling up properly on the homepage are resolved.
- Issues with Assessments showing inconsistently on student pages are resolved.
