2023 Q1.5 Release - 3/15/23

Updates Include:
- - The STARS export for our NYC schools has been updated to include more configuration options! When on the STARS export page, you’ll see a new button below the Download button that will take you to some additional settings:
    - Following that button will take you to the Settings page in a new tab, where you will be able to change the “Course” field and “Mark” field inputs
    - - “Course Number” is appropriate for Clever sync customers. “Course Name” will work for SR-only customers.
      - “Level Name” is the current default. “Level Name - Rounded” will display the level name rounded to the nearest whole number if it is numeric. “Percentage Score” will use the percentage field instead.
    - Using these settings will determine what fields will populate in the downloaded STARS CSV.
Bug Fixes Include:
- None in this release.

Updates Include:
- There are new updates to INCIDENTS that enable enhanced privacy.
  - Currently, there is no segmentation with incident privacy permissions. This update includes two new user permissions:
  - Moving forward, users with “View All Incidents” will be able to view all incidents at their school, regardless of the students involved.
  - Users with “View My Student Incidents” will only be able to view Incidents where their own students are involved.
  - Users with neither of these permissions will see NO information related to incidents.
  - Current functionality in Schoolrunner matches the “View All Incidents” permission, so all groups have been updated to include this permission for a smooth transition. Schools wishing to customize access to incidents can update groups with these permissions (and the option of no permissions) as they see fit!
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue where attempting to sign up as a parent/guardian with an existing email was throwing vague errors is resolved (the error message now accurately reflects the problem):
- Issues related to data in the 2020-2021 archive sites have all been resolved.

Updates Include:
- Quick Search now lists a student's homeroom/advisory appended after their name for users with access to a single school. For multi-school users, the name of the student's school is still appended.

Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue where grade group filters were not consistently working on homepages is now resolved.
- Issue where the Clever login process was erroring in certain cases is now resolved.
Note that the Q1.2 release is not listed here as it contained only backend infrastructure updates.

Updates Include:
- The general Schoolrunner Login Page now autocompletes suggestions for a school domain to make searching easier:
- A number of improvements have been made to links between pages. Pages such as User Groups & Permissions, Users, Behavior Types, and Behavior Groups now have better connections between relevant pages as well as helpful tooltips explaining the links:
Bug Fixes Include:
- The characters < and > are once again allowed in Grading Scale names.
