2024 Q4.1 Release - 10/2/24

Features & Updates

• Term Bins
  • Added validations to inputs when creating or updating a Term Bin to prevent incorrectly-formatted data from being saved.
• Report Cards
  • Added a setting to only show data from the school a user is currently logged in to. This is useful when a student is enrolled in classes across multiple schools and each school needs a separate report card.

Bug Fixes

• Archives
  • Fixed a bug that caused 2023-2024 archive sites to show incomplete data.

2024 Q3.2 Release - 8/21/24

  • Fixed a bug that prevented the attendance data of Dynamic Groups from showing on the Homepage.

  • Fixed a bug that caused the user upload to fail when the “Staff Member ID” column was empty.

2024 Q2.3 Release - 5/29/24

Features & Updates

• Report Cards
  • Added a setting to show course grades of zero points as “0” and not a blank on the report card course table.

2024 Q2.2 Release - 5/8/24

Bug Fixes

• Assessments
  • Fixed an issue that allowed users to unintentionally override assessment answers entered by other users.
• Behaviors
  • Fixed a bug where Behaviors of Behavior Types without multipliers were affected by the multipliers of other Behaviors when selected in a multi-select dropdown.
• Report Cards
  • Special characters are now allowed in student attributes.

2024 Q2.1 Release - 4/17/24

Features & Updates

• Incidents
  • Added a new setting called “Incidents - Comment Template” that gives users the option to prepopulate the “Long Description” Incident field with a custom template.
  • General UI improvements to Incident Reports:
    • Added a “School” section.
    • “Attachments” section is now hidden when there are no attachments.
    • The signature line no longer shows extra HTML tags.

2024 Q1.4 Release - 3/27/24

Bug Fixes

• Slips
  • Fixes a bug where grades for year-long courses would not show on slips.
• Gradebook
  • Users are now prevented from editing a non-percent grade by grade level.
• Mobile (to release by 3/29/24)
  • Fixes a bug where behaviors were being merged by type.

2024 Q1.3 Release - 3/6/24

• Gradebook
  • Fixes a bug where Quarter grades would show incorrectly when viewing Semesters in “Bucket” view.

2024 Q1.2 Release - 2/14/24

Features & Updates

• Attachments
  • The user interface for attachments on the Interventions, Incidents, and Add Assessment pages has been updated. Users may also now browse for files to attach, not just drag and drop them.
• Homepage - Events / Holidays
  • Events / Holidays that occur on weekends can now be configured to show on the homepage using the “Show Weekend Events/Holidays” setting under the Culture section in Application Settings.

Bug Fixes

• The date picker calendar in certain filters no longer selects the wrong day. This was primarily affecting users in the Pacific time zone.

  • Toggling the new “Quick Search - Hide Inactive Records” setting prevents inactive students, staff, and groups from appearing in Quick Search results.
