In order to change or add assessment scores, first go to the assessment in question, either by using the quick search bar or the Assessments page. There are a few things to choose from, depending on what you want to change.
If you want to change a student’s individual responses, click the "Edit" button (pencil icon; upper right) and then click the "Input" tab.
From here, you’re able to change individual answers to questions. Once you complete your edits, be sure to save the assessment.
Make your updates quick and snappy by using the "Tab" key or the arrow keys on your keyboard to rapidly move from cell to cell.
You can also update scores on an assessment by clicking the pencil icon next to a student’s name in the list of overall results. This is better if you only want to update scores, or set an override, for a single student.
Lastly, if you have an updated assessment template, you can drag and drop it into the "Import" tab when the assessment is in edit mode. New data will overwrite the old data once you save the assessment.
