How can I message school staff?

To message school staff, you must have a Schoolrunner account and you must use the Schoolrunner 2.0 mobile app.

Select "Messages" from the app menu (accessed via the "hamburger" icon in the upper left of your home screen, or pull out from the left side of any screen). You'll also see a badge reflecting the number of unread messages you have, if applicable.

You'll see a list of conversations. You cannot start your own conversation with school staff, so if you don't see any yet, it means that no messages or announcements have been sent to you. Hang tight until your school reaches out to you!

English is the default languages of messages, but you can have your messages translated if you want!
