Configure Communications

The Communications page in the Schoolrunner site makes it quick & easy to log the details of an interaction with families.

To find the options for setting your Communication Page dropdowns, you must first select Configure under Setup

There are two pages on the Configure page you can use to make the Communications form match the culture and needs of your school

Communication Methods designate the how of family communications. Should teachers just be entering in calls? Or are in person conversations an important record that needs to be entered?

Communication Types designate the why of family communications. Should teachers be calling home when there is a behavioral issue? When the student excels in an academic area? Are in danger of truancy?
