To reset your password on the login screen, click the "Forgot your password?" link (you may first have to click "Sign in with email or username").
Enter the email address you use to log in to Schoolrunner, and click "Reset Password". This will send an email with further instructions to your address. You'll see a blue confirmation message when this is successful, and a red message if it isn't. A red message usually indicates your address has a typo, or it doesn't match any records we have. Contact your Schoolrunner administrator to resolve any issues.
If you don't see the email in your inbox after a couple minutes, be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
Note: If you use Google or Clever to log in to Schoolrunner, you must update and manage your password within those applications.
