How do I edit communication "methods"?

If you'd like to add, remove, or modify communication method types, click "Methods" on the Configure page. You need the correct permission to access this link.

You can then add, deactivate, or modify communication method types as you please. Click on the gear icon to edit, duplicate, or deactivate communication methods.

When you add or modify a communication method type, you'll see a screen like this pop up:

Once you've saved your changes, you'll see the updates when you go back to the Communication page.
