Schoolruner doesn't support a co-teaching model, even if other systems (such as PowerSchool and Clever) do. However, there are accommodations if multiple users need access to the same section's class attendance or assessments.
Attendance
Schoolrunner is designed for any user to take class attendance for any section. In order to take attendance for a section for which you are not the teacher of record, navigate to the Class Attendance page and "x" out of your name in the "Teacher" drop-down menu. Then select the name of the teacher for whom you want to take attendance. The "Section" menu will show that person's sections to make it easy to find the right one.
Academic
Unlike class attendance, only a course's teacher of record can create or edit assessments for the respective course's sections in Schoolrunner. However, the accommodation for this is the "Edit All Grades" permission. Users with the "Edit All Grades" permission are able to create new assessments or edit existing assessments for any section, regardless of if they are the teacher of record. If you are your school's administrator or Schoolrunner Expert, you're able to modify a user's permissions by going to the Configure page and then clicking "User Groups & Permissions". You can then either create a "Edit All Grades" user group and assign specific staff members to that group (in the case that not all staff members should have this permission), or simply add the "Edit All Grades" permission to the Basic Access user group (if all staff members should have this permission).
