If you navigate to a student's profile page and scroll to the bottom, you can choose the "Class Attendance" tab to see the student's class schedule and their attendance taken. (Depending on the detail of your schools' bell schedule, you may or may not see exact schedules reflected).
When a cell has a dash it means the current section has not met yet, so attendance has not been taken. When a cell is empty it means that section does meet that day and therefore does not take attendance.
If your school has bell schedules set up, you can select a specific day using the calendar at the top left of the grid and the meeting times will be reflected in the cell for the sections that meet that day.
It is also possible to edit the student's attendance directly on this screen. By clicking the edit button, you will see a drop down bar for each section where attendance may be taken. Remember to save once you have finished editing attendance!
