Notify Guardians About Changes to Dynamic Groups

Overview

Guardian Notifications can be enabled for specific Dynamic Groups. When there are changes to these groups (students are added or removed from the group) guardians can receive notifications, if enabled. 

How to enable notifications for Dynamic Groups

To enable notifications for a Dynamic Group, go to Setup > Settings > Notifications. 

1. Click the plus sign (+) to view Notification options.
2. Select the dropdown selector in the Notifications row to view all Dynamic Groups.
3. Select any Dynamic Groups that should notify guardians about changes. Guardians will receive an email when their students are added or removed from the select group(s).
4. Click save in the upper right-hand corner. 

Guardian Options

Guardians can choose to unsubscribe from receiving these notifications.
