In Schoolrunner there are 3 different ways you can enter in assessment data. There are also a number of pre-built assessment platform integrations you can use to easily import assessment results. This lesson highlights the workflow to enter an assessment and provides additional resources for more advanced options.
Lesson
Introduction (5 minutes) - What is an assessment in Schoolrunner? How can they be entered and used to do real-time analysis? Why is this important for our school?
Instruction/Trainer Modeling (15 minutes) -
- Input and aligning to standards
- Import using SR downloadable template
- Creating and scanning in GradeCam bubble sheets
- Assessment Analysis
Guided Practice (20 minutes) - In Sandbox (or production if you have real assessment data to enter)
- Setup the assessment with assessment type, name & course
- Enter in results for a short assessment and align to standards if relevant
- View analysis of that individual assessment
Independent Work Time (10 minutes) -
- Continue assessment analysis
- Correct errors in entry if needed
