Display Year on Communication Records

Schoolrunner currently does not display the year as part of communication records viewed on student pages. 

We understand that this can lead to confusion when records are printed off and maintained in student files and referenced a year or two down the line. To avoid ambiguity, the year should be added either to the record in the UI or to printouts when printing from the student page. 

The year could potentially be shown or hidden via a setting, as not all users may want the extra bit of clutter in the UI if the year isn't relevant to them. 

Any feedback, context, use cases, or other areas where displaying/hiding the year would be helpful will be much appreciated!
