Add Configurable Dropdowns/Options to the Incidents/Intervention Pages
We've received a few requests for additional fields to be added on the Incidents or Interventions pages so that schools can configure their pages to include specific details they want to track in a consistent way. Often schools use the comments field to record things they'd prefer to track as incident attributes (frequency of intervention, actions other than consequences required for incidents, etc.)
Thinking about this request, we'd expect that setting up additional fields would add corresponding dropdowns to filter menus and to exports. We'd expect this to be done via the Configure page, where you would also specify what selections would be available in the dropdown.
This is definitely a useful idea. We'd love to hear what sort of fields our clients would like to see on these pages, hear about how you track that information now, and any other relevant feedback.
