Toggle on/off use of points/cash/merits/demerits

Would like to see an option that allows us to completely remove use of and references to merits/demerits/points/cash on all the various reports & slips. While these behaviors systems are great, we are not currently using them, but there's no option to remove references to them from some types of reports (i.e. slips).
